Thank you for shopping at HoloHaven. We specialize in the sale and delivery of Pokémon TCG cards across the United Kingdom. Below are the details regarding our shipping process and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed slightly. Please allow extra time for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal volumes.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes
HoloHaven ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For UK domestic orders, applicable VAT or sales tax will be included at checkout. HoloHaven is not responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes if shipped outside the UK.
6. Damages
HoloHaven is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us at care@holohaven.co.uk or +44 161 498 2899 within 7 days of delivery. Please save all packaging and damaged goods before filing a claim.
